As we prepare for Summer League 2019 and as Tygerberg hosts a new set of students we currently actively recruiting new players to join the Northern Lights. For those interested in joining our practices we train on Thursday evenings and some Saturday mornings. Also be on the lookout for our posters on campus.
About the game
Ultimate is an exciting, non-contact team sport, played by thousands the world over. It mixes the best features of sports such as Soccer, Basketball, American Football and Netball into an elegantly simple yet fascinating and demanding game.

Not sure what ultimate is? Have a look at the videos CTFDA have curated to provide an introduction on their what is ultimate frisbee page. However, there is no better place to learn than on the field so come join us on a Sunday at Tygerberg Campus at 16:00. We confirm that we will be playing on our whatsapp group (click here to join).
